AGV & Mobile Robots
The Kaitong XQC163 is a lightweight reach-type autonomous stacking robot purpose-built for high-density, narrow-aisle stereoscopic warehouses. Rated at 1,600 kg, it integrates a reach mast mechanism, 3D laser SLAM track-free navigation and a multi-sensor fusion perception system.
No floor retrofit is required: the robot quickly builds a map on site and starts work, autonomously handling pallet access, multi-level high stacking and circulation transfer while combining narrow-aisle mobility with stable high-lift handling.
It fits e-commerce, auto parts, electronics and light-industry dense-rack warehouses, enabling 7×24 black-light unmanned warehousing.
Request a Quote Back to ProductsThe mast extends forward to pick loads and retracts while traveling, reducing overall body size and turning radius. Compared with counterbalance unmanned forklifts, required aisle width shrinks substantially, adding 20%+ storage positions in the same floor area. Works with standard plastic pallets and steel cages for deep-aisle, multi-level dense stacking.
No magnetic tape, reflectors or QR codes: fast on-site mapping and straight into production. Layout changes? Just re-map. A wireless local-area fleet scheduling system supports multi-vehicle collaboration and smart path de-congestion, with WMS/MES/ERP data exchange in real time.
Top navigation laser + 3D vision cameras detect high-level and long-range obstacles; side avoidance sensors and bottom bumper cover blind spots; fork-front photoelectric detection reads pallets precisely to prevent fork damage; physical e-stop plus acoustic-optical voice warnings; obstacles trigger graded deceleration, slow stop and emergency braking — protecting people, racks and goods.
Full-automatic dispatch for routine in/out tasks; switch to manual driving for urgent jobs and maintenance. Fits multi-variety, small-batch flexible production.
Large-capacity lithium iron phosphate battery with a low-power control scheme lasts a full two-shift day; optional auto-charging module returns the robot to the charger unattended. Long cycle life and stable operation in high and low temperature warehouses.
An HD touchscreen visualizes device status, task queues and fault codes for fast troubleshooting; remote background monitoring, task dispatch and data statistics reduce on-site maintenance time.
