201E

The 201E combines the narrow-aisle, high-lift and heavy-stacking strengths of a reach truck with 3D laser SLAM autonomous navigation. Rated at 2,000 kg with a maximum lift height of 3,600 mm and 555 mm mast reach, it is engineered for high-density stereoscopic warehouses and dense high-rack stacking.

No magnetic tape or QR codes are required. The truck autonomously performs pallet access, cross-warehouse transfer and high-rack stacking, and integrates with production automation, WMS and MES for end-to-end black-light smart warehousing.

A hybrid of counterbalance truck and stacker: the mast moves forward 555 mm to pick and retracts to shrink the body. Overall size 2,688×1,496×2,472 mm, turning radius only 1,939 mm — a 1,200×1,000 mm pallet needs just 2,604 mm for right-angle stacking. Reserved aisles shrink and warehouse space utilization rises 20%+. Deep access to long racks, dense cages and multi-level pallet stacking included.
3D laser SLAM track-free navigation — centimeter-level positioning
Self-developed 3D laser SLAM: on-site mapping and deployment without floor changes; repeat positioning accuracy ±10 mm; autonomous optimal path selection and multi-point cyclic operations; Wi-Fi/5G fleet scheduling with no dispatch latency. Layout changes only need re-mapping — retrofit cost stays low.
360° multi-layer all-domain safety
Top navigation laser + front blind-zone laser for long-range global obstacle detection; side obstacle lasers monitor lateral blind spots; fork-tip photoelectric and fork-root recognition lasers detect pallets and prevent fork collisions; front/rear mechanical bumpers and dual physical e-stops; voice broadcast, turn signals and area warning lights; three-level graded deceleration, slow stop and emergency braking protect people, goods and equipment.
Full-featured intelligent warehouse operations
Built-in warehouse management algorithms support point-to-point transfer, optimal-path pick-and-place and simultaneous pick-place; empty/full pallet recognition, zone filtering, single-cell clear/fill and whole-warehouse batch clear/fill; compatible with 3-runner, 9-foot and grid cage carriers; stacking error ≤ 2 cm for stable high stacking.
Long-life lithium power — all-day operations
48 V/280 Ah LiFePO₄ battery (136 kg) delivers 6–8 hours in standard duty; optional 48 V-100 A automatic charging station supports low-battery auto-return and manual charging. Full-load gradeability 6%, unloaded 10%; 1.5 m/s loaded, 2.0 m/s unloaded — smooth across ramps and loading docks.
Full-chain hardware & software expansion
